• ELIGIBLE CRITERIA FOR CLASS KG
  Less than 05 years as on by 31^st March, 2025 (Child born between 01^st April 2020 to 31^st March 2021)

  Less than 06 years as on by 31^st March, 2025 (Child born between 01^st April 2019 to 31^st March 2020)
  
  

ADMISSION GUIDELINES

1. Registration is open for Class KG to IX and XI.
   
2. Admission in Class KG to VIII is subject to vacancy.
   
3. Provisional Admission to Class-XI is purely on the basis of marks obtained in Class X Pre-board result.
   
4. Please refer list of mandatory documents to be submitted along with the Registration Form.

LIST OF MANDATORY DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH REGISTRATION FORM FOR CLASS KG TO IX AND XI

Please attach the self-attested photocopy of

1. DATE OF BIRTH OF CHILD

Birth certificate of the child issued by Municipal Corporation or equivalent authority.

2. CURRENT RESIDENTIAL PROOF (Any One)

• Ration card/Smart Card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having name of child)
• Domicile certificate of child or his/her parents.
• Voter I-card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
• Electricity bill/ MTNL telephone bill / Water bill / Passport in the name of any of the parents of the child. (Please submit the latest copy of the bill)
• Aadhaar card/UID card issued in the name of parent

3. AADHAR OF APPLICANT, MOTHER, FATHER/GUARDIAN
   
4. PASSPORT SIZE PIC OF APPLICANT, MOTHER, FATHER/GUARDIAN – 3 set each
   
5. MEDICAL FITNESS CERTIFICATE
   
6. BLOOD GROUP
   
7. SCHOOL LEAVING CERTIFICATE/TC OF LAST CLASS ATTENDED [Original SLC/TC to be submitted if admission is confirmed]
   
8. MARKSHEET OF LAST CLASS ATTENDED.

  (Child born between 02^nd March 2019 to 30^th April 2020)
  
• AGE RELAXATION FOR CLASS I
  Less than 06 years as on by 30^th April, 2023
  (Child born between 02^nd March 2018 to 30^th April 2019)
  

The age relaxation up to 30 days may be granted. If applied under age relaxation, please submit a handwritten application addressed to principal of the school.
