Global Dialogues : Video Conferencing

MBS International School believes in Global Citizenship. To reach beyond the boundaries we are connecting with different classrooms, all over the globe on the Generation Global platform.
A video conference was held between MBS School and students from the United Kingdom, Lithuania, and Mexico on Tuesday, 1 October 2024 , to discuss global biodiversity challenges and potential solutions. The event aimed to foster international collaboration, increase awareness of environmental issues, and encourage young people to take active roles in protecting biodiversity.
Participants from all countries shared their observations on the decline in biodiversity. Key reasons highlighted included deforestation, pollution, habitat destruction, and climate change.
The students discussed how biodiversity loss affects ecosystems and species, leading to long-term consequences for food security, water supply, and human health.
